Equa is a wellness and break-regulation app designed for desk workers and students who struggle to maintain healthy habits during long work sessions.
The goal was to create an experience that encourages users to disconnect intentionally, regulate their breaks, and find balance throughout the day — without adding friction or cognitive load.
Problem
Modern desk workers and students spend most of their day sitting in front of a screen. Over time, this sedentary routine leads to stress, fatigue, poor posture, and eventually burnout.
